  • Who is ERA?

  • How many international certificates ERA have?

  • Where is ERA export factory located in?

    Our export factory located in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Around 2hours from Guangzhou by air and 3 hours from Shanghai by Train. 

  • Do you have international certificates which can help us to get the project?

    Our company allocates a budget of two to three million annually for new certification applications and certification maintenance. Through years of effort, ERA Corporation has obtained over 60 internationally recognized certifications, including NSF and UPC certifications from the United States, DVGW and TUV certifications from Germany, WRAS and KITEMARK certifications from the United Kingdom, WATERMARK and BET certifications from Australia, GOST and EAC certifications from Russia, as well as SR-CU certification. These certifications cover 25 different product categories and establish our leading position in the industry worldwide.

  • What certificates do you have for valves?

    Currently, there are four major certifications for ball valves:

    NSF Certification: Ball valves that have obtained NSF certification have gained positive feedback in sales from major supermarkets and wholesalers such as Home Depot and Lowes in the United States.

    Watermark Certification: Ball valves that are certified with Watermark have demonstrated outstanding performance in Australia and New Zealand.

    ACS Toxicity Testing: This certification serves as a passport to the high-end market in France, ensuring that the ball valves meet the toxicity requirements.

    WRAS Performance Testing: This certification is specific to the United Kingdom, ensuring that the ball valves meet the performance standards set by WRAS.

    In addition to these internationally recognized certifications, ERA also holds certifications such as ISO, CNAS, and CE for ball valves.

  • What are the types and scales of company equipment?

    Equipped with 1480 injection machines, 635 extrusion machines and 60000+ products, ERA reached a sales turnover of USD 1,394,230,000 in 2021covering 146 countries. We also have an automatic intelligent warehouse to store molds, which is one of the few in the country.

  • How does ERA choose raw materials? What brand?

    1. Our company is very strict in the choosing raw materials. The laboratory conducts inspection and stability test for each batch of raw materials. Only the raw materials that pass the test will be put into production.
    2. Our PVC raw material is well-known Zhongtai. The formula is developed by ERA and has passed NSF, UPC, WATERMARK, DVGW and other related certifications. CPVC raw material is from SEKISUI, Japan. PPR raw material is from Hyosung, Korea. HDPE raw material is from BOROUGE.

  • How is the quality of the accessories?

    In addition to sourcing materials from excellent chemical raw material enterprises domestically and internationally, we have two separate factories, a copper component factory and a rubber ring factory. They match products for fittings and valves to ensure consistent high quality.

  • How is the work efficiency of workshop robots?

    The company's main direction is to build intelligent and unmanned factories, minimizing labor costs and improving production precision, stability, and safety. Our Kuka robots can replace four workers and operate 24h one day throughout the year, with a workload far exceeding the "996" work schedule. They are capable of handling various tasks such as ball valve installation, precise machining of ball cores, pressure testing of valve products, cutting, packaging, and more. They achieve comprehensive production automation.

  • How is the package?

    1. Our outer carton generally adopts the format of ERA unified boxes, with yellow kraft paper boxes for uniform packaging.

    2. Our products are usually equipped with self-sealing bags, heat-sealed bags, etc. according to customer requirements for pressure products. For ball valve and electrician products, color box packaging will also be provided.

    3. In addition, we can also customize packaging according to different needs. You can take a look at the detailed pictures of our latest cardboard boxes and product packaging, including palletizing.

  • How is the customized packaging?

    1. Generally, we only provide unified packing. However, for strategic customers and markets, custom packaging is accepted.

    2. About customized packaging, we have learned that different countries have different requirements for packaging. According to the requirements, we can adjust the size and style of the outer box. Other requirements like the inner bag, the bar codes and product diagrams are negotiable.

  • How is inspection of the packaging such as outer cartons?

    1. We conduct a series of physical performance tests from the packaging to ensure compliance with standards.

    2. For cartons, we have dedicated cardboard testing equipment at Yonggao Research Institute to test the compression and drop resistance of them. We spot check every batch of cartons. In addition, we also have stable cardboard and color box suppliers to further ensure the quality and long-term stability of our cartons. ERA also collects customer complaint cases every week. If there is a problem with the cardboard boxes on your side, we will provide timely feedback and resolution.

    3. For customers with special requirements for packaging, we offer design and proof service, Confirm with the customer before starting mass production to ensure the accuracy of the packaging.

  • Can the order be changed after confirmation?

    1. According to the company policy, orders generally can't be deleted or changed after placing. Because we should ensure the normal production of the workshop, avoid chaos and meet the customer's delivery requirements as much as possible.

    2. Changing the order will certainly cause a series of delays, which is detrimental to both parties. So changes to the confirmed orders are normally not accepted. If you want to add have new goods, it can be placed together with the next orders to avoid trouble and delivery delay.

    3. After the order enters into system, the production will follow the arrangement of subsequent related materials: cartons, inner boxes, packaging bags, raw materials, etc., which can not be changed after the purchase and arrangement. So we must be careful during the order confirmation.

  • Can customers cancel orders?

    In principle, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If it is caused by force majeure, ERA will forfeit 30% of the deposit to compensate for the packaging, workforce and material costs.

  • Why are the products cheaper than ERA? They have similar weight and design as yours.

    1. For plastic pipes, over 50% of the cost is determined by the raw materials. We use 100% new materials for production, and they are supplied by well-known domestic and foreign vendors. Therefore, our raw material costs are much higher than those who use recycled materials or unknown brand.

    2. We need to purchase 600,000 tons raw materials per year, so we can obtain agood price from our suppliers.

    3. ERA has been implementing lean management and production automation recently. To minimize our management and labor costs.

    4. Please valuate our products based on the physical performance, including wall thickness, weight, standards, and other aspects. Which brand is cheaper than us? Is the selling price or procurement price? By how much? Are they strictly produced according to standards? Because all price comparisons are based on the same level.

    5.
