However, the MOQ for OEM will be very large. Specific details should be subject to actual conditions. OEM must go through strict review by the company and be approved by the sales director.

    2. In addition, we have strict MOQ. Generally, a full container load is required, with no more than 30 categories, and the total amount must exceed 100,000 RMB. Each reorder also has a MOQ requirement, with a minimum of 50 boxes for small sizes and 20 boxes for large sizes. Therefore, we still recommend that you choose the ERA trademark.

  • How is your customization service?

    1. We need to collect information about your customerization, such as relevant certifications, product series, raw materials, etc. Of course, it would be best if you could send us some samples. We can send them to our own research institute for testing and analysis. If we can do it and your quantity is considerable, we are willing to customize products for you.

    2. The cost of customerization is very high, including sample testing, mold opening, trial production, etc. Due to the high cost, we need to investigate the market. After you provide a market research report on the product, we will combine the actual sales situation and market risk assessment to calculate the cost of the product. If the actual sales and expected sales of the product are good, and we can reach an agreement with you on the cost sharing plan, we will start developing the product.

    3. If the product you need to customize is already in our existing product series and we have relevant development plans, we can bear the mold costs, but we have the right to enter your market. If not, you need to bear the cost yourself.

  • What's your new product development process?

    1. Market research and feasibility study.

    2. You need to provide samples first. We will conduct quality testing on the samples to see if they meet international standards.

    3. The mold department designs drawings for the samples, and then confirms them with you. After the confirmation, we arrange for mold opening.

    4. After the mold is ready, we arrange for sample production. After the samples pass the quality inspection, we send them to you for confirmation.

    5. After the samples are approved, we arrange for mass production.
