4. First-article inspection is carried out by workers, machine repairmen, and quality inspectors. After passing the test, mass production begins. Process and bulk inspection is carried out by process inspectors who spot check every four hours to supervise the quality.

Final product inspection includes: performance testing, strictly in accordance with ASTMF1970, ISO1452-4 standards for inspection, including appearance, dimensions (inner diameter, wall thickness, socket depth, diameter), Vicat, maximum burst pressure, hydrostatic pressure test, sealing test, fatigue test, etc. All PVC ball valve products must undergo sealing tests and torque tests, and each batch of products is randomly inspected for 10,000 back-and-forth switch actions to ensure the durability of the batch products. For the sealing test, ERA tests every valve in the bulk products with a testing rate of 100%. For the torque test, ERA strictly follows the standard requirements, greatly improving the product quality.
6. With strong production capacity, ERA sold about 36 million ball valves in 2020. Currently, ERA is the world's largest PVC valve supplier exporting to the United States, and its products are sold to large retailers such as Home Depot/Lowes/Menards.
