  • What is your company's quality inspection?

    1. Our company's inspection is divided into incoming inspection (raw material inspection), process inspection (online inspection, QC inspection, sampling) and final inspection to ensure that our products meet the quality requirements. If any link fails, the next link will be terminated. After years of production, our company has formed a complete set of strict quality inspection process. As a result, customers are very satisfied with our products.

    2. First inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection: the first inspection is during mass production, or change in material, mold, color, or processes. Production will only proceed after confirmation by the process inspector. Then, there is patrol inspection every four hours during mid-inspection and final inspection. If any defects are found, they will be promptly reported to the workshop operators or mechanics for adjustment.

    3. Final valve inspection: all valves will have 100% seal test.

  • What standards do you refer to for quality inspection?

    1. Our exported products, from mold opening todesign and production process, refer to the relevant international standards such as ISO-1452, ASTM-2466 and other international common standards, striving for excellence in product quality.

    2. Quality inspection is also based on international standards, such as wall thickness, socket depth, vicat, hydraulic testing, etc.

    3. During the production, the quality monitoring department will conduct sampling inspections, so you can rest assured.

  • How long is your warranty period?

    1. 50-year warranty.

    2. We provide premium after-sale service. If there are any problems with the products, we will provide solutions as soon as possible to meet your needs. We cooperate with PICC, and it will handle insurance claims.

    3. If ERA products do have quality problems that cause personal and property damage, PICC will be responsible for compensation, making no worry for dealers and end users.

    4. Through the 50-year warranty service, more dealers will have confidence in our product quality. And more end users will fall in love with ERA products.

  • What if there is a quality problem?

    We will contact you at once for relevant videos and photos. However, sometimes customers may provide relevant information in their initial email or chat. If we are unable to make further judgments based on that, we will request that the customer send back the product for analysis. Finally, we will inform the customer of our solutions. If it is indeed our  fault, we will make a claim on the next order.

  • How is your quality?

    ERA always follow the principle of "product quality first", starting from the very beginning of raw material inspection, through initial product inspection, random checks during production, and final inspection before shipment. Strict inspections are carried out according to standards to ensure product quality. Additionally, for our ball valve series, all valves undergo pressure testing. Furthermore, the various international certifications we have obtained serve as the best commitment to quality.

  • What if there is a quality problem in the product?

    1. We will solve this problem completely.

    2. Please provide us with the contract number, photos or videos. The technical staff will conduct preliminary analysis based on the situation.

    3. Please send us samples, and the technical staff will conduct further analysis and provide a report within one week.

    4. If there is a problem, we will provide a 50-year warranty for free replacement or compensation.

    5. If it is not a quality issue with our product, we will also guide you on how to correctly install or use the product based on the result.

  • How can the quality of your products stand out among so many domestic supplier with these certificates?

    1. To some extent, our international certifications have already ruled out a large number of unqualified suppliers.

    2. When all suppliers meet similar international standards, ERA believes that it is more reasonable to analyze both price and quality aspects together.

    3. Although passing the certification, the actual product quality may still be different. Our company will conduct comparative analysis through our professional research institute based on samples provided by our customers. This analysis is more convincing than our verbal explanation, which can provide clear understanding of thesituation.

  • How to solve the quality problem?

    1. First, we will ask the customer to take photos and videos, and send samples to us. We will arrange our technical department to perform technical appraisal, investigate the cause and do analysis.

    2. We will ask the customer to provide all clues and evidence: under what pressure did the damage occur? When did the water pipe burst after installation? What was the external operating temperature? When did the pipes put into use after gluing? How tight were the threaded connections? etc. Combining with the samples or products returned by the customer, we will hand them over to the QC department for testing to see if the problems occur again. If it occurs, we will compensate you or return the goods based on the situation. If it is due to improper use, we will inform the customer of the standard applicable scope.

    3. If it is the quality issue, we will provide solutions and discuss internally to avoid the same problem in future orders.

  • What inspections should be done before shipment to avoid mistakes?

    1. Our production is all in the system. From the beginning of order placement to shipment, everything goes through the system to reduce errors caused by human factors.

    2. Each order that send to the workshop for production is reviewed by professionals. Production can only be arranged if the order is correct.

    3. The molds in the workshop are inspected. When they can make correct products, the massive production begins.

    4. During the production process, there are quality inspection personnel who conduct spot checks. And there are additional staff to inspect final products. After that, packaging and storing will be allowed.

    5. The statisticians and warehouse managers carefully check each order before arranging the shipping container, highly reducing the risk of incorrect or missing shipments.

  • How to deal with the quality problem during production?

    1. The quality assurance department will make a first quality judgment. If the product is determined to have a serious defect, we will immediately carry out root cause analysis and take actions, isolate the nonconforming products in the workshop, and label or locate them for storage. We will also keep records of the quantity, shift and other information.

    2. Production will be stopped immediately, and relevant departments such as technology and production will be gathered to discuss the quality problems, find solutions and implement them.

    3. The inspector should actively follow up on the workshop's rectification process and verify the effectiveness of its results.

    4. At the same time, calculate the amount of delay in delivery, whether to use contingency plans, adjust production plans, and try to ensure delivery.

    5. After receiving the message, the account manager will inform the customer of the problem and provide a solution as soon as possible.

  • Does your company provide factory inspection service?

    1. Thank you for giving us the opportunity.

    2. Our company has professional technical personnel and liaison personnel to cooperate with factory inspections. So far, everyone who has come to our company for inspection are satisfied with the result. We have confidence in this regard. For example, we have done factory inspections for Homedepot, and we also have strict quality control over glue factory inspections to ensure no errors.

    3. If improvements are needed, we will also actively follow up to ensure that we can pass the second factory inspection.

  • What does factory inspection and quality control mean to customers?

    1. Factory inspection is a good way for customers to better understand ERA's high-quality production process. It ensures the quality of the production process. Therefore, we believe that the company should provide factory inspection opportunities to major customers who have a good relationship with us.

    2.Not every customer is allowed to undergo such factory inspections. Because there may be some competitors who are keen to learn about products and information on some products and settings. So I think this should be handled cleverly and only major trustworthy customers should be allowed to enter the production site.

  • What will you do if we arrange an inspection to your company?

    1. We warmly welcome you to inspect our company.

    2. We will unconditionally cooperate with all reasonable inspections, and our warehouse staff, quality assurance personnel, and technical personnel will all cooperate.

    3. For normal, reasonable inspections, all testing equipment in the company's quality assurance center and technical center can be provided, with follow-up throughout the process and cooperation from professional quality assurance personnel.

    4. We will arrange transportation for inspection personnel, and if you need, we can arrange accommodations.
