HDPE and PVC, metal are common materials widely used in the fields of construction and engineering. In recent years, HDPE electrofusion products have become more popular in modern pipeline systems.
Compared with PVC products, HDPE electrofusion products exhibit better toughness in low-temperature environments. Compared with commonly used welding and threaded connections in metal products, electric fusion connection is more convenient. Moreover, the construction efficiency of electric fusion connection is high, and the waiting time before putting it into use is much shorter than that of using adhesive.
In terms of installation, HDPE EF products have low density and relatively light weight, making them easy to be transported and installed. Compared with metal products, HDPE EF products do not require bulky lifting equipment and complex installation processes, reducing construction difficulty and costs.
These advantages make HDPE EF products widely applied to engineering and maintenance, mainly including urban water supply and drainage systems, industrial pipeline transportation systems, mining, chemical, power, petroleum, metallurgy and other industries.
