2.1 For PVC conduit pipe production, totally we have 35 extrusion lines, the annual capacity could reach 71,000 tons;
2.2 For PVC conduit fittings production, totally we have 129 injection machines, with our manipulator, robot and other automation equipment , we could achieve 25% automatic production, and the annual capacity is more than 8600 tons.
3.1 ERA has its own copper parts factory and specially supplyto ERA fittings. So we could realize effective control of production, technology, quality and capacity, and guarantee the product quality and delivery time from the source.
3.2 ERA copper parts are made of hpb57-3 and hpb59-1.We could also supply European standard copper parts.
3.3 The production equipments of copper parts are in a leading position in this industry. The entire process of production are all completed through CNC machine tools to ensure the quality of our products.Besides, we have complete inspection facilities, and strictly implement ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 standard. The inspection processes of producing, packaging and finished products are strictly implemented, which ensures the excellent quality of ERA copper parts.
