ERA Produced UPVC SCH40 PRESSURE FITTINGS TYPE II

Raw Material:

The high quality raw materials provided by domestic and foreign large petrochemical enterprises such as Sinopec are  preferred；PVC independent formula, has passed NSF certification; has its own professional accessories factory for ERA sealing accessories.

Production Capacity:

ERA is the largest factory producing and exporting UPVC SCH40 and SCH80 series products in China, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of pipes and fittings. In 2022, the production of SCH40 fittings reached 10 tons, and the products were delivered to 68 countries and regions worldwide. We have 236 injection machines dedicated to UPVC fittings, 12 extrusion lines for pipes, and we are equipped with 60 automatic injection molding systems for these two production lines.

Quality Control:

Based on strict daily testing of ERA products, ERA has won the NSF and UPC certificates for SCH40 fittings.
