PVC PRESSURE PIPE AND FITTING FOR WATER SUPPLY DIN STANDARD
Adhesive is widely used in various plastic pipeline systems in civil and industrial fields for bonding a wide range of substrates such as PVC, CPVC and ABS pipes and fittings.
PVC Glue can used for DWV piping system drainage, waste, ventilation application, electrical & telecommunication conduit, general industrial, drinking water, irrigation, municipal and sanitary piping system.
CPVC Glue is used for bonding CPVC piping lines of domestic and industrial piping system.
ERA covers almost all series of glue for plastic piping system. We have 30 types of glue, including PVC glue, CPVC glue, ABS glue, cleaner and primer, can connect pipes up to 750mm.
For glue production, totally we have more than 30 advanced production and filling lines which are environmental-friendly, safe, efficiently and high quality.

Relying on our state-level R&D center and strong research team, ERA has invested $1.5 million to get 13 international certification, including the American NSF and UPC certification, Germany DVGW and TUV certification, British WRAS and KITEMARK, Australian WATERMARK and BET certification, France ACS certification, Russian GOST, SR - CU certification and EAC certification, covering total 28 different category of product series.

Take L-5023 Glue for example. We can see the annual joining sealing material test for glue. The first test is Dissolution, to test the dissolution of solvent in different temperature. Then the Hydrostatic Burst Test. We will connect pipes using our glue. After a period of required time, we’ll put them in the Hydrostatic testing machine to see the performance. The following three are Lap Shear test for 16/2/72 hour cure. They are testing the tightness and strength of connecting parts. Six one is Percent resin test. The major component of glue is resin, this is testing our resin percent as we can infer from its name. The last test is viscosity test. Viscosity is an important factor of glue choosing, and we have heavy/medium/water thin types. This test is to confirm the glue viscosity type according to the relevant standards.
