Five major construction standards:

1. Clean the base surface, use a shovel to clean cement residue on the wall and floor, clean up garbage, and remove floating ash.

2. Base surface treatment: making the wall and floor moist with a roller, clearing residual dust, brushing interface agent, and fixing the sands on the wall surface. The better the base treatment, the better the waterproof adhesion.

3. Node reinforcement, use sticky sealant to reinforce the surrounding wall corner，pipe openings and threshold stones. Reinforce and apply waterproof materials to key nodes such as wall corners and pipe openings.

4. Set up a water stop. The bathroom door must be fitted with a water stopper, with a height of 3-5 cm to prevent water accumulation in the mortar layer from seeping into the bathroom outer wall floor.

5. The wall is rigid and the ground is soft: The wall surface is rigid, has strong waterproofing and permeability, and has strong adhesion to the wall surface. It’s easy to apply bricks, but not easy to fall off when strike. The ground uses flexible waterproofing, which has strong flexibility and is not easy to crack. The surface of the waterproof layer is smooth, and it has film-forming properties and better resistance to leakage.
