1983
Founder Zhang Jianjun personally raised 3,000 yuan to establish
"Huangyan Jingjie Electrical Plastic Factory".
1986
The company was renamed as "Huangyan Jingjie Plastic Factory"
1991
After the original accumulation of funds, the company requisitioned 4.19 mu of land in Fangshan Village, south of the city, and more than 400,000 yuan and built a factory of more than 2,000 square meters. This is the first factory owned by the company.
1992
The nature of the enterprise changed to collective ownership (cooperative operation), and Jingjie Plastic Factory has developed into the largest plastic clothes peg manufacturer and export base in China at that time.
1993
Huangyan Jingjie Plastic Factory established Huangyan Yonggao Plastic Products Co., Ltd. through a joint venture with Hong Kong Yonggao Company.
1997
The company has entered the ranks of "Top Ten Industrial Enterprises" in Huangyan.
It successfully trial-produced a new technology of powder direct feeding
injection molding, which is at the advanced level in China.
1998
Huangyan Yonggao Plastic Products Co., Ltd. moved to No.2 Daixi Road, Dongcheng Development Zone. With the approval of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Huangyan Yonggao Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was renamed as Zhejiang Yonggao Plastic Development Co., Ltd. Shenzhen yonggao plastic industry development co., ltd was established and became the first production base outside the headquarters of the company's national strategic layout.
1999 The nature of the company was changed to joint-stock cooperative system, with total assets of 136.46 million yuan and annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, making it one of the largest bases for producing chemical building materials products in China. The economic benefit ranks second in the whole region, and the growth rate ranks first in the whole region, making it a first-class star enterprise in huangyan district.
2001
Invested 90 million yuan to establish "Shanghai ERA Building Materials Development Co., Ltd." and officially launched municipal pipeline products.

2003
The company changed its name to ERA Plastic Industry Group Co., Ltd.
and its nature was changed to a limited liability company.
2008
The founding meeting and the first shareholders' meeting of Yonggao Co., Ltd. were held, and seven members of the board of directors were elected, and the IPO work of the company was substantially promoted.
2011
On December 8, 2011, Yonggao Co., Ltd. was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code: 002641.
2013
ERA was successfully elected as the ninth chairman unit of the Plastic Pipeline Professional Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, contributing to the healthy and rapid development of the industry.
2014
In 2014, the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting and the first meeting of the third board of directors of Yonggao Co., Ltd. were held in the headquarters, resulting in a new board of directors, board of supervisors and senior management team, which opened a new stage of the company's development.
2015
The company's headquarters moved to the new factory area of Shuangpu as a whole. The company was honored in the fourth "National Civilized Unit" list, which was the highest national comprehensive honor of ERA .
2019
ERA Group held a grand celebration of the thirty-fifth anniversary of its establishment, and representatives of dealers at home and abroad, the company's senior management team and employees' representatives participated in the grand event, which started the great journey of "New Era and New Year".
2020
ERA did its best to fight the "defending the epidemic" and "fighting the tough battle to return to work", and immediately rushed to the construction of Wuhan Vulcan Mountain, Raytheon Mountain and Jinyintan Hospital, and won the title of "Advanced Collective in Fighting COVID-19 Epidemic" issued by Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
The company was successfully elected as the chairman of the 7th Technical Committee of Plastic Pipe, Fitting and Valve (SAC/TC48/SC3) of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Plastic Products.
2021
The concept of corporate culture in ERA was completely renewed, and "being the creator of a happy life" was defined as the new version of corporate vision. For the first time, the "brand rejuvenation conference" was held, officially opening the era of "making the flow more worry-free" brand 3.0.
2022
Yonggao Co., Ltd. was officially renamed as ERA Co., Ltd., and the business name of "Yonggao", which has been in operation for 28 years, was officially renamed as "ERA", building a corporate image and brand system consistent with corporate brands and product brands.
The founding meeting and the first shareholders' meeting of Zhejiang ERA New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ERA, were successfully held. With the launch and listing ceremony of the stock code of ERA new energy, it marked that ERA new energy officially entered the capital market.
2023
In the special year of the 40th anniversary of the ERA Group's founding, we will set out for a higher and better future.
"ERA" plastic pipe export volume has ranked first in China's plastic pipe industry for many continuous years, while the production and sales volume ranked second in the industry.
