2023 British International Architecture Week (UKCW)

From October 3-5, 2023, the 2023 British International Architecture Week (UKCW) was held at the NEC Exhibition Center in Birmingham, England.

This is the largest construction trade fair in the UK and the only trade fair covering the full range of construction from building materials to smart technology. The exhibition provides a communication platform for exhibitors and visitors from all over the world and promotes global Interaction and collaboration in the construction industry.

At first glance, the simple and elegant booth design is refreshing, and bright lights illuminate the display area of various pipe fittings products. Flanges, valves, elbows, tees, etc. of various colors and specifications are orderly placed on the booth. The ERA staff warmly welcomes every visitor and introduces them to product features and usage scenarios as well as quality and performance. They answer visitors’ questions. Visitors actively asked questions they were concerned about, and the staff provided them with professional suggestions and opinions.

During the actual market visit, we learned that the UK building materials market is huge and has great growth potential. As the demand for building products and technologies in Europe continues to grow in recent years, the British government will allocate 5.3 billion pounds for housing investment in the future. Last year, the British government announced the latest national infrastructure construction plan, planning to invest 600 billion pounds (approximately US$802.18 billion) in government and private funds in the infrastructure field in the next 10 years. As a stakeholder in the infrastructure field, this is an important opportunity for ERA Co., Ltd.
