For PVC drainage pipe production, we have 32 extrusion lines. The  Annual capacity is 102,640 tons; For PVC drainage fittings production, we have 573 injection machines. The annual capacity is more than 46,600 tons. With the Sufficient capacity, era is able to complete large orders, So we will need lots of raw materials. As we use many rubber rings in our fittings, era has its own rubber ring factory and specially supply to ERA fittings. So we can effectively control the production, technology, quality and capacity,guarantee the product quality and delivery time from the source. We can process natural rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber and etc.,the largest size is up to 1.8 meters in diameter. The annual capacity could reach 2500 tons.

d. Production process inspection--Process inspection shall be randomly conducted by process inspectors every four hours to supervise the quality of bulk order.
