Producing UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) fittings involves a manufacturing process that typically includes the following steps:

Preparation of Raw Materials: 

The first step involves procuring the necessary raw materials for UPVC fitting production. The primary material is UPVC resin, a durable and rigid form of PVC that is free from plasticizers. Additionally, additives, stabilizers, and pigments may be introduced to enhance material performance and add color.

ERA pipe fittings are produced with 100% virgin UPVC resin. Material Mixing: 

UPVC resin is blended with required additives and stabilizers in precise proportions. This process is typically carried out in high-speed mixers to ensure uniform distribution of additives throughout the material.

Injection Molding: 

Once the material is mixed, the UPVC compound is fed into an injection molding machine. The machine heats the material and forces it through specially designed molds to shape the fittings. These molds impart the desired form to UPVC components, such as pipes, elbows, tees, and connectors.

Cooling and Shaping:

As the UPVC emerges from the injection molding machine, it undergoes a cooling process for shaping. Various sizing tools and fixtures are employed to ensure that the dimensions of the fittings conform to required standards.

Quality Control: 

Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to inspect for defects, dimensional accuracy, and material consistency. This ensures that the final UPVC fittings meet the necessary standards and specifications.

Packaging:
