Intelligent ERA丨ERA was awarded the high-performance pipeline intelligent factory.

Recently, Zhejiang Enterprise Informatization Promotion Association announced the list of future factories and smart factories (digital workshops) in Zhejiang Province in 2023, and "ERA high-performance pipeline smart factory" was successfully recognized as a smart factory in Zhejiang Province in 2023.

ERA is a demonstration enterprise of machine substitution in Zhejiang Province, and its automation construction and green factory construction have always been at the forefront of the industry. The automation elements cover seven systems: feeding, mixing, crushing, granulating, centralized feeding, conveying and packaging, realizing full automatic control from raw material input to product output.

"In the past, an injection molding machine needed at least one person to operate; Now, the whole workshop only needs to be patrolled by three or five people, which is a major change after the introduction of intelligent manufacturing in ERA. Under the high-speed operation of the 24-hour fully-automatic production line, the ERA pipeline has been polished through dozens of production processes in an orderly manner, so that batches of pipeline products can be quickly shipped out of the factory and transported to all parts of the world.

From "intelligent mechanical arm" to "digital integrated system", in the monitoring room next to the workshop, a number of production data are displayed on the display screen in real time, and the whole workshop is regulated, resources are coordinated and monitored. Through the digitalization of production process, the operation of the whole intelligent workshop is more efficient and smooth.

The development of technology is like sailing against the current. If you don't advance, you will retreat. Since its inception, ERA has realized the importance of mastering advanced productive forces, and has successively built a smart factory integrating automation, informationization and intelligence and an ERA research institute focusing on cutting-edge technology in the industry, thus completing its own closed-loop production and research.
