Boosting the "Reversal of Growth" in Old Cities

Shanghai is one of China's earliest cities to embark on modernization, and it has been continuously undergoing urban renovation. Throughout this lengthy process, a significant number of houses have aged, leading to various issues and crises. Currently, Shanghai's urban renovation has entered a critical phase. And "retaining, reforming, and demolishing" as the key work of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government is at a critical stage of comprehensive promotion.

In recent years, ERA has been involved in over 100 urban renovation projects in Shanghai across various domains. These projects encompass life water supply, municipal drainage, electrical protection, fire safety, home piping, etc., ensuring safe and comfortable water, electricity, and gas usage for thousands of households, thus contributing to the "reversal of growth" in old cities.
