PVC-U (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) pressure pipes and fittings

A. Pipe cutting:
According to the requirements of use, after taking the appropriate length, the required pipe can be cut by manual cutting saw or machine. When cutting, both ends should be kept vertically flat, and burrs and sharp edges should be removed with file, but the chamfering Angle should not be too large.
B. Bonding of pipes and fittings :
Test assembly must be carried out before bonding , the installation position must be determined and marked , the length of the inserted pipe end ( socket depth +10MM) and the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket must be cleaned , and then cotton gauze soaked with acetone should be used to scrub . After the acetone volatilization, the adhesive should be evenly coated on the outside of the pipe end and the inside of the socket, which should not be too thick, but should not be missed. After coating , insert it , and rotate it to the ideal combination Angle required for installation , so that all the pipe is inserted into the socket , about 2 to 3 minutes later , it will fix itself , and wipe away the excess adhesive spilt from the adhesive , and keep the pipe clean . At this time, do not forcibly disassemble or rotate the direction, otherwise, it will cause leakage. The bonding component should not be subjected to external force within 1 hour, and the water should not be transferred within 24 hours. The test can be carried out after the completion of the curing time.
C. When installing the pipeline, there must be a reliable seal to ensure that there is no leakage in the process of use. In addition, install fixing devices (pipe clamps) at intervals of 1.5M to 2.0M.
D. Because the plastic pipe has a certain plasticity, when the horizontal pipe is installed, the bracket or lifting card is set every 0.6M to prevent the deformation of the plastic pipe and affect the use.
E. The water supply pipe should be far away from the heat source, and the clear distance between the riser and the stove side should not be less than 400MM, and the clear distance between the riser and the heating pipe should not be less than 200MM.
F. After construction, it must pass the pressure test before it can be used to cover the soil and seal the pipe.
